I am moving to the area soon and found this list of apartments on the City of Ridgecrest website. Please let me know if you have lived here how you liked it, what amenities they have, rent, etc. Big Ben Village Briarwood Apartments College Heights Apartments Gateway Villa Apartments Hacienda Court La Mirage Duplex Homes Norma Street Apartments Rick Court Apartments The Ridge Ridgecrest Manor Apartments Sanders Street Apartments Thanks for your help! Ha! I forgot to give details, sorry. :) 1, 2, 3, or 4 bed? At least 2 bedrooms, max 3. How many bath? 1 or 2 Budget rent? Up to $1,200 include utilities? Rent + utilities not to exceed $1,200 Pool and other recreation? Pool not required but would be nice. Any kids? how old? No kids. Married single? Single. How many cars? 1 car. Length of lease? At least 1 year, I could probably also do an 18 month lease. Also I MUST have a dishwasher, I hate doing dishes by hand. A place with newer appliances would be good too.
